Independent Contractor Opportunities

WithMother LLC partners with independent contractors who value respect, transparency, and care โ€” for homes, people, and the work itself.

This is not traditional employment.
All roles operate under a 1099 independent contractor structure using one application and one payment agreement, with role-specific tasks and compensation outlined as needed.

One individual may participate in one or multiple roles over time, based on skills, availability, and agreement terms.

HOW IT WORKS (ONE PATHWAY)

  • Submit one application

  • Review and sign one independent contractor payment agreement

  • Begin in an entry role

  • Grow into additional roles if and when it makes sense

  • Compensation is defined per task, per role

  • No guaranteed hours or income

  • Contractors work independently and are not supervised

ENTRY ROLE: CLEANING & SERVICE CONTRACTORS

(This is where everyone starts)

What This Role Is

Independent contractors who provide cleaning or service support in client spaces.

You do not need to be perfect to begin.
You need to be respectful, communicative, and willing to do the work.

Possible Service Areas

Contractors may be approved for one or more service areas based on comfort, availability, and readiness:

  • ๐Ÿงน Residential cleaning (standard & deep)

  • ๐Ÿงบ Laundry & home reset support

  • ๐Ÿš— Car interior & exterior cleaning

  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Move-in / move-out cleaning

  • ๐Ÿง  Overwhelm & reset support (advanced placement only)

Assignment to service areas is not guaranteed and depends on client needs and contractor readiness.

Pay & Work Structure (Cleaning Roles)

  • 1099 independent contractor

  • Paid per task / service

  • Weekly pay

  • No guaranteed hours

  • Contractors provide their own supplies & transportation

  • Contractors choose which jobs to accept

Trial Clean (Entry Evaluation Step)

The $60 Trial Clean is the final step to join the cleaner roster.

What the Trial Clean Is:

  • Up to 3 hours of cleaning

  • Performed independently (no supervision)

  • One trial clean per candidate

  • Used to confirm basic fit โ€” not perfection

Feedback may be gathered from:

  • The client

  • The WithMother team

  • Community input (with consent)

The Trial Clean is not a discounted service and does not represent full WithMother services.

Participation includes consent for limited social media posting related to the evaluation process.

OPTIONAL SUPPORT: CLEANER TRAINING

(Available if needed or requested)

Training is support, not a requirement.

Some contractors may choose to access:

  • Technique refreshers

  • Workflow guidance

  • Eco-friendly product education

  • Confidence-building support

Training support is peer-based, optional, and not supervision.

ADVANCED PATHWAY: TRAINER ROLE

(Earned after starting as a cleaner)

Trainer roles are not entry positions.

They are offered to contractors who:

  • Demonstrate consistency and care

  • Communicate clearly

  • Align with WithMother values

  • Are open to supporting others

Trainers may assist with:

  • Demonstration cleans

  • Onboarding support

  • Skill sharing

  • Process guidance

Trainers do not supervise other contractors.

Pay & Structure (Trainer Tasks)

  • Independent contractor role

  • Paid only for trainer-specific tasks

  • No guaranteed trainer work

  • Trainer opportunities are offered as needed

Trainer status is earned over time, not required to begin.

SUPPORT & OUTREACH ROLES

(May be combined with cleaning roles or held separately)

What These Roles Include

Administrative, coordination, outreach, and promotion support.

These roles do not involve cleaning client homes.

Examples include:

  • Personal Assistant (admin, scheduling, follow-ups)

  • Remote support

  • Field support (non-cleaning)

  • Neighborhood flyer distribution

  • Sharing approved outreach content on personal social media

Pay & Work Structure (Support & Outreach)

  • Task-based, project-based, or performance-based

  • No unpaid required work

  • No guaranteed hours

  • Compensation agreed upon before participation

  • Paid after task completion or revenue receipt

Some outreach opportunities may be performance-based:

  • Booking referrals

  • Digital product or raffle promotion

  • Vendor or partnership leads

No revenue generated = no pay.

FUTURE PATHWAY: ECO-FRIENDLY TRAINER / EXPERT

(Planned 1โ€“2 Years Out)

WithMother LLC plans to add an Eco-Friendly Trainer / Expert role as the business grows.

This future role may support:

  • Sustainability practices

  • Eco-conscious product guidance

  • Method refinement

  • Long-term environmental alignment

This role is not currently active or funded.
Interest may be noted for future consideration.

No unpaid work is required.
