1. The First Visit: The Audition Clean

Every new sanctuary relationship begins with an Audition Clean—a one-time, 4-hour foundational session offered at a special rate of $82.

  • Purpose: This allows us to ensure our holistic, judgment-free approach is the right fit for your home’s needs.

  • Consent: I may take anonymous photos of completed work for quality records. Faces, family photos, and addresses are never included. You may decline this at any time.

2. Your Sanctuary Specialist

All services are performed personally and exclusively by me, Candida Johnson.

  • Rates: Ongoing sessions are booked in 4-hour blocks at $75/hour.

  • Service Area: Strictly serving within a 30-minute radius of Hamburg, NY.

  • Scope: Includes any of our 16 signature services—from judgment-free heavy cleaning to meal prep and mindful yoga.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • 24-Hour Notice: Full refund.

  • 12-Hour Notice: 50% refund.

  • Less than 12 Hours: No refund; however, the session may be rescheduled.

4. Liability & Non-Medical Disclaimer

By checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that WithMother LLC provides non-medical, holistic home-care and lifestyle support only.

  • I am not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical diagnosis, licensed nursing, or clinical treatments.

  • WithMother LLC is Insured & Bonded. Clients are responsible for securing valuables or fragile items before service.

5. A Legacy of Giving

10% of all proceeds are donated directly to local domestic violence shelters and homeless sanctuaries. Every hour we spend together helps another family find their peace.
