Do you offer one-time cleanings?

Yes.
We offer One-Time Residential Cleanings for clients who do not want a subscription.

These are ideal for:

  • Resets

  • Guest preparation

  • Seasonal cleaning

  • Trying the service beyond the Trial Clean

Pricing starts at $160 and is confirmed before booking.

What is the $60 Trial Clean?

The $60 Trial Clean is a one-time introductory service designed to ensure a good fit for:

  • The client

  • The cleaner

  • WithMother LLC

It includes up to 3 hours of cleaning and is part of cleaner evaluation.
Trial Cleans may not be repeated or combined with other services.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes. We clean pet-friendly homes.

This includes:

  • Pet hair

  • Tracked dirt or litter

  • Indoor pet accidents

  • Food and water mess

  • Surface-level odor cleanup

Homes with pet-related conditions may require additional time or services, which are quoted in advance.

🚫 Outdoor yard pet waste cleanup is not currently offered.

Do you offer Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning?

Yes, but Airbnb and short-term rental cleanings are not priced as residential services.

They are custom quoted based on:

  • Property size

  • Turnover timing

  • Linen handling

  • Reset expectations

  • Frequency

Quotes must be approved before booking.

Do you offer commercial or business cleaning?

Yes. We provide cleaning for:

  • Offices

  • Studios

  • Small businesses

  • Commercial spaces

Commercial cleaning is quote-only and priced based on:

  • Square footage

  • Frequency

  • Access hours

  • Sanitation needs

Commercial spaces are not eligible for residential pricing.

Why is pricing different for homes, Airbnbs, and businesses?

Is there a minimum service time?

Yes.
All services require a 2-hour minimum, except for the Trial Clean.

What add-on services are available?

Add-ons may include:

  • Inside fridge

  • Inside oven

  • Baseboards

  • Interior windows

  • Wall washing

  • Laundry

  • Organizing

Add-ons are quoted and approved before service.

How do payments work?

  • Payments are processed through wmotherllc.com

  • A deposit may be required for first-time clients

  • All pricing is confirmed before booking

  • All sales are final once services are completed

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24–48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation.
Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

How are cleaners paid?

WithMother LLC operates on a 60/40 split:

  • 60% to the cleaner

  • 40% to WithMother LLC

This ensures fair wages, insurance coverage, scheduling support, and accountability.

Do you offer discounts, promotions, or free services?

No.
WithMother LLC does not tie services to promotions, raffles, giveaways, or incentives.

Occasionally, clients may receive a small complimentary thank-you item at our discretion. These are not guaranteed and are not part of pricing.

Are you insured?

Yes.
WithMother LLC is fully insured for all services currently offered.

Additional service types are launched only after proper licensing and insurance approval.
