How do I book a cleaning service?
All cleaning requests are submitted through our online booking form. Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We review your request and follow up to confirm availability, pricing, and next steps.
Do you offer same-day or emergency cleans?
Availability varies. Same-day or urgent requests may be possible depending on capacity, but are not guaranteed. Please submit a request and note any urgency.
How does scheduling work?
Clients provide preferred days and time windows. We match requests with available cleaning partners and confirm appointments before scheduling. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed; arrival windows are provided when confirmed.
What services do you offer?
Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleans, laundry support, organizing, and car interior/exterior cleaning. Availability varies by service and location.
Do you offer trial cleans?
Yes. Trial cleans are paid evaluation cleans and are limited. They are not discounted services and do not guarantee ongoing service. Trial clean availability is shared separately when open.
What are free cleans?
Free cleans are part of our Community Care Cleaning Programs and are offered on a case-by-case basis to individuals or families experiencing hardship or transition. Free cleans are limited and not guaranteed.
What are sponsored cleans?
Sponsored cleans are funded by individuals, businesses, or community partners to support someone else’s cleaning service. Cleaners are paid fairly for all sponsored services.
How are free and sponsored cleans funded?
These services are funded through a combination of product and digital guide sales, community engagement, sponsorships, and optional fundraising efforts. We do not rely on unpaid labor.
How do I pay for services?
Payment details are shared once services are confirmed. Digital products are charged at checkout and delivered immediately. Service payments are due as outlined during confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation or rescheduling policies are shared at the time of confirmation. Please provide as much notice as possible if changes are needed.
Are your cleaners employees?
No. WithMother LLC works with independent contractors. All services are coordinated intentionally to ensure ethical pay and clear expectations.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Supply details vary by service and will be discussed during confirmation.
