Do you judge people for their home?

Never.
We clean homes impacted by clutter, overwhelm, hoarding, disability, trauma, burnout, and real life. Nothing you show us will shock us or make us judge you.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Hamburg, NY and serve surrounding communities throughout Western New York.

Are you insured?

Yes. WithMother LLC is fully insured for all cleaning services we currently provide.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes. Every quote is free and customized to your home and ZIP code.

Can I be home during the cleaning?

Absolutely.
Most clients stay home, but you are welcome to step out or rest. Whatever feels safe and comfortable for you is fine.

Do you remove mold, junk, furniture, pests, or do repairs?

No.
We do NOT offer:

  • mold remediation

  • junk hauling or furniture removal

  • moving services

  • repairs or handyman work

  • pest extermination

  • hazardous or crime-scene cleanup

We can refer trusted partners if needed.

Do you clean hoarded or extremely cluttered homes?

Yes.
We clean Levels 1–5 hoarding with a calm, patient, trauma-informed approach.
We move at your pace and never force decisions.

✨ PRICING, ZIP CODES & 1099 CLEANERS

Why is pricing based on ZIP code?

ZIP-code pricing keeps costs fair for both clients and our 1099 cleaners.

Different areas have different:

  • gas and travel distances

  • product/supply costs

  • home layouts and sizes

  • safety needs

  • time requirements

  • cost of living

  • community income levels

Because our cleaners are independent 1099 contractors, ZIP-based pricing ensures:

  • fair compensation

  • accurate travel fees

  • realistic time estimates

  • safe staffing

  • no hidden charges

  • transparency for every community we serve

Every client receives a custom ZIP-based quote.

How does payment work?

We accept:

  • credit/debit cards

  • BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) options

  • CashApp (if needed)

  • tips (optional)

Payment is due at or before the start of service unless otherwise arranged.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — we offer Buy Now, Pay Later options for qualifying clients.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer limited:

Do you require a deposit?

Some services—especially hoarder care or deep/extreme cleaning—may require a small deposit depending on the ZIP code and scope.

Your story, your photos, your address, and your home condition are never shared with anyone.

How do you handle hoarding?

With patience and compassion.
We focus on restoring safety and function—not perfection. You choose the pace, and we support you without judgment.

Do you take photos?

Only with your permission and only for:

  • quotes

  • documentation

  • progress tracking

Before/after photos are never posted without written consent.

Yes — in-home or drop-off.

Do you clean cars?

Yes — interior and exterior (seasonal).
