  1. Move-In / Move-Out — Deep care of empty homes, including inside all cabinets and closets.

  1. Recurring Maintenance — Restore a baseline of calm with Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly visits.

  • Starting at $150/visit

  1. The Mother's Helper (Daily Support) — 2 hours of daily household flow (dishes, laundry, tidy).

  • Starting at $2,750/month

  • Compassionate Clutter Support — Judgment-free support for heavy organization. ($600/session)

  • Post-Extermination Cleanup — Removing chemical residue and debris. ($450)

  • Mobile Auto Detailing — Full interior/exterior details brought to you. ($300)

  • The "Motherhood" Menu:

  • Laundry (Wash/Dry/Fold): $35/load

  • Inside Fridge/Oven: $45–$50

  • Full Wall Washing: $75/room

  • Standard Rates: Erie, Genesee, Chautauqua

  • Economy Discount (10% OFF): Niagara, Orleans

  • Extended Zone (+10%): Cattaraugus, Wyoming

  • Remote Zone (+15%): Allegany

All services are performed personally by Candida Johnson, founder and sole operator.

🛡️ Safety & Access Policy

  • Access: Driveways/walkways must be salted and plowed for safe entry.

  • Utilities: Active hot water and electricity are required.

  • The Pet Fee: A flat $25 fee applies to homes with shedding pets to cover specialized tool usage.

  • Exclusions: Services do not include lifting over 35lbs or cleaning above a 2-step ladder.
